Affective collects the data you provide when you fill out a customer account form, fill out your product delivery information.

Personal data collected by Affective may include the following:
• Data to identify the Customer:
Last name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, age, gender, marital status, nationality and company name to which Affective associates a membership number. Affective processes data related to the follow-up of the commercial relationship with you: product purchased, quantity, amount, delivery and/or billing address(es), telephone number, passcode, as well as any other relevant information about the delivery (tracking numbers, shipment status, etc.), history of purchases and services, product returns, correspondence and/or telephone exchanges with you and our customer service, exchanges and comments from members, person(s) in charge of customer relations, customer reviews, etc.

Other personal data is collected indirectly when you visit the Site.

6. Shelf Life

After that time, your member profile is considered "inactive" and will be automatically deactivated. You will need to create a new one for any new Order.
The statistics of audience measurement and your data of frequentation of the site are also preserved 3 years.

Affective will not assign, sell, or otherwise transfer Member Personal Data to any third party without Member's prior written consent.
Affective will inform members in advance of any use of personal data for marketing purposes on behalf of third parties, and, where required by law, your consent will be obtained or an opportunity to opt-out will be provided prior to any transmission of data.
